By ordering through www.denissmith.com.au you are agreeing to accept the following conditions, under which we provide all our content and services. Please take a moment to read and understand them before you use our site.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Denis Smith website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclude GST, and are subject to change without notice.
Postage and handling charges are calculated at time of checkout through the online shopping cart. Please note that GST will be added to your order total if you are located within Australia.
Secure Payments With Stripe
Denis Smith Photography accepts secure online payments via Stripe and Paypal. Credit card purchases are handled via Stripe or Paypal payment gateway to ensure safe and secure payment. Using these payment methods helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Denis Smith Photography does not store your credit card details. Please note - you are NOT required to create a Stripe or Paypal account to pay with credit card.
Postage and Delivery
Denis Smith is based in Adelaide, South Australia. We take great care to send your purchase to you as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling charges are additional to the product price and is calculated upon receipt of order through the online checkout.
All products are sent via Toll Couriers, and Australia post if you live remotely within Australia. In general on receipt of your order and payment, we will endeavor to supply you with your purchase within 2 weeks. Purchases made from outside Australia should expect a longer delivery time. We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made). International orders may incur local customs and duty charges. As the purchaser, you will be responsible for these charges if applicable.
Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your products to reach you in perfect condition.
Denis Smith reserves the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion. We reserve the right not to sell to any prospective customer at our sole discretion.
Return and Exchange Policy
We do have a thorough quality control process in place during our manufacturing process, however if you do receive a faulty product please contact Denis Smith Photography by email within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) to discuss the fault and attach photos of the fault if possible. The product will be replaced at our discretion and we will reimburse return postage costs. In the event that an exact replacement is not available, a credit or refund will be issued after you return the product to us.
Denis Smith Photography provides this service so that our customers can feel completely confident in purchasing products through the online shop – we want you to be as happy and thrilled with your purchase and are open to discuss any problems you may have! Please ensure you watch all product tutorials prior to using your light painting tools. Our informative tutorials show you how to care for and correctly use our range of light painting tools to ensure many hours of operation.
Limited Edition Prints and Commissions
Our Limited Edition prints are unique and are created in a limited run of 20 in each size. If you have a special request please let us know and we will endeavor to find you the perfect artwork! Denis is more than happy to create special pieces by commission, so please do not hesitate to contact us – we would love to hear from you!
Artwork Descriptions and Colour Representation
All artworks for sale in the Denis Smith Photography online store are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are current and error free.
Please note that due to the different settings in monitors the colours of artworks might vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. If you are trying to match a specific colour or need any further clarification, please contact us before ordering.
My discount code does not work, what should I do?
When using a discount code ensure that there are no spaces in your code. Please also check the expiry date of your code to ensure it is still valid.
All of the artworks, designs, logos, text and photographs on our website are protected by copyright, owned by Denis Smith, and may not be used without permission. The content must not be reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded to a third party, transmitted, posted or distributed in any way without the authorisation of Denis Smith Photography.
