Ah the snow! This was my first night ever making mages in the snow. Many years ago in Queenstown I stoped on the side of the road for a play, but going knee deep into the hills alone, freezing my nuts off was another level altogether, and was so unbelievably perfect.
In the supporting video (link sent with print) you will see the madness involved in getting from the camera across to the spot where I was making the Ball of Light. It was a hoot!
You can see the moonlight reflecting off the snow like little sparkles of wonder.
