The Joy Of Light

There is this joy I feel when a night out I planned. This weekend a few friends have invited me to the forest. I need that. Not just the night out to create, but the invite.

Here’s an interesting thing . The DUALITY exhibition was created as a body of work with no desire for online likes, the most freeing thing to my creativity in years this July I started another IG acct, mainly around promo for the exhibition. What a shit storm that place is. I mean amazing to reconnect with a huge amount of people, but I found myself falling back into the trap of “selecting” images that would gain traction for the account again.

This week I took the app off my phone again. I was all over it again, it is a powerful monster.

This weekend heading out with these folks is going to be back into that mindset. I have some ideas to share with them, to hall us make amazing images, and I couldn’t care less is they are any good.

We will share in our combined love of light. And there will be a newbie there too. Exciting.
